The project
Uthan Design Studio transformed National Development Engineers’ (NDE) rooftop sky lounge into an intimate, warm indoor retreat designed for effortless unwinding and informal collaboration. Moving away from rigid corporate aesthetics, the compact interior features plush lounge seating paired with a sleek, integrated hospitality dry pantry—complete with an artisanal coffee station, discrete refrigeration, and a modern bar-counter island. Layered ambient lighting and refined material palettes turn this high-altitude space into an exclusive sanctuary high above the city’s skyline.
