Description

The project

Rakhaliya Krishi Bari & Eco Resort is an innovative 11-acre (33 Bigha) agro-tourism and investment initiative situated in a serene green landscape near Noakhali Science and Technology University. Conceived to promote safe food production and environmental sustainability, the project merges modern community farming with rural leisure. By blending eco-conscious land development with commercially viable agriculture, it establishes an exemplary farmhouse model guided by experienced agronomists to meet the rising demand for safe, organic produce.

At its core, the venture operates a diverse, integrated farming ecosystem designed for high productivity and commercial returns. The project encompasses advanced crop cultivation—including paddy, seasonal vegetables, papaya, bananas, and guavas—alongside a robust livestock operation featuring poultry and a dairy farm with a capacity of 100 to 200 cattle. Additionally, the development includes 12 dedicated fish ponds for modern aquaculture, generating multiple synchronized revenue streams from fresh agro-products, dairy, and fish.

Complementing its agricultural strength, the development features 16 modern eco-resort cottages equipped with contemporary amenities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, children’s play area, dedicated boat dock, and a mosque. Through an accessible and Shariah-compliant co-ownership model, investors gain registered deed (saf-kabala) ownership of land, annual profit-sharing from both tourism and agricultural yields, and complimentary vacation stays—offering a balanced blend of capital growth, passive income, and tranquil leisure amidst nature.
